About the Department

Improve operational efficiency and provide high quality transport service to the public, especially in Raichur region. The Raichur division was set up in 1973 to provide a reliable and logistical service. Currently the Raichur division has a divisional office at Raichur, comprising of 7 unit, 14 bus stand and 80 road way shelters.one divisional workshop Currently it has 2808 employee with 646 vehicles the division operating 2.07 Lakh KMs carrying more than 2 Lakhs Passengers everyday.

Department Activities

The 24×7 helpline is functioning for the convenience of the public. Provoides busses on contract basis for marriage and other events. Also provoides busses to the Education Institutions, Industries etc on Charted Contract basis. Daily and monthly passes are issued to passengers and concessional passes are issued to students. Online ticket booking facility is available. Commercial lisences are selects on e-tender.
