Grant of Arms License under section 13/2 :

1) An application for the grant of a License shall be made to the licensing authority and shall be in Form A contain all particulars and be accompanied by fee of Rs.100/-, Pass Port size photo, Physical fitness certificate issued by the Government Medical officer, Property particulars.

2) On receipt of an application the licensing authority shall call the report of the officer incharge of the nearest Police station (Through Superintendent of Police) on that application and such officer shall send his report within the prescribed time.

3) The licensing authority after due enquiry grant the license or refuse to grant the same with reasons.

Duration : 45 Days.
